Compiled automatically at no extra charge, an alphabetical cookbook recipe index will list each recipe by category (and subcategory, if used). You may choose instead a numerical index, which lists recipes in the order they appear in the cookbook.
You may also wish to include a free cookbook contributor index. Contributor names are indexed alphabetically, and if more than one contributor is listed with a recipe, only the first contributor name will appear in the cookbook index.
